GU4YOX DXpeditions

I have been on two major DXpeditions and have thoroughly enjoyed both of them! The first was back in 2001 and it was February of that year when the bands were lit up with D68C. Check out this link for the whole story of this record breaking trip: D68C

My second experience was in 2004 when I was asked to become a management team member for the 3B9C operation to Rodrigues in the Indian Ocean. I was responsible for two areas, sponsorship throughout the Ham Radio Community and Electrical Power Systems when on location. I was unofficially named "Entertainment King" as organiser of some light hearted entertainment whilst we were on the beautiful island of Rodrigues.
