Welcome to the website for Amateur Radio Station GU4YOX located on the small island of Guernsey in the Channel Isles. Guernsey lies in the English Channel between England and France and is approximately 80 miles south of England.  Guernsey is a beautiful island, home to a wonderful community of people, a thriving finance and commerce industry, horticultural experts and of course, a great place for ham radio!

GU4EON and GU4YOX are always fishing for DX. Last year Mike and Bob went fishing in local Guernsey waters with some friends and caught 80 lb of fish!	CQ 160M! The 86' vertical section of the Inverted-L antenna used at GU4YOX at sunset. The antenna has 4500' of ground radials.
